Dehradun, July 21
Garhwali folk singer Balraj Negi has called for focused efforts towards the promotion of Garhwali and Kumaoni folk songs.
He was speaking at a workshop on folk songs organised by the Directorate of Culture Uttarakhand in Dehradun today
