Members of Jamait Ulema, Uttarakhand, staged a demonstration in Dehradun today against the rise in terrorism across the globe.
Led by their leader Abdul Razzaq, Jamait Ulema protested at the District Magistrate’s office and alleged that those indulging in terrorism had no religion and must be opposed tooth and nail. They said terrorism had no place in a civilised society.
Jamait Ulema Uttarakhand members condemned the Paris terror attacks and said killing innocent in the name of religion was totally unacceptable. They also sought stern measures to deal with terror across the world.
