Assistant executive engineer Vipin Kumar Yadav, deployed in the Maharashtra unit of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), committed suicide in Dehradun. His dead body was found hanging from the fan in a hotel room in Kaulagarh. Vipin, originally from Bakarabagh, Jaunpur district, visited Dehradun on November 25 for training.
According to the information, the training program for personnel in ONGC is going on these days in Dehradun. For this, employees from all over the country are coming here. Vipin Kumar Yadav was also one of them. They stayed in LP Residency, located at Kaulagarh Road. It is being told that Vipin did not arrive for training on Thursday, then ONGC officials called on the hotel and got information about him.
Inspector Cantt Arun Saini told that the hotel staff went to Vipin’s room and the room was closed from inside. Despite repeated calls, there was no response from within. On this, the hotel owner AK Singhal informed the police. Police opened the room in the presence of ONGC officials. Inside Vipin Yadav’s body was found hanging from the fan on the shelf. In the receipt of the ID card, his age (27 years) and the address was found in Barkabagh, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Inspector said that no suicide note was found on the spot. The relatives of the deceased have been informed. The causes of death are being investigated.
