Team Uttarakhand has been announced for the first two rounds of the Ranji Trophy. In the captaincy of Rajat Bhatia, the team will play their first match against Bihar from November 1 to 4. The Vijay Hazare Trophy team has been kept for the Ranji Trophy with three changes.
BCCI local coordinator Amit Pandey announced the Uttarakhand team for the first two matches of the Ranji Trophy  late evening on Saturday. Both of these will be played in Uttarakhand.

The first match will be against Bihar in Raipur Cricket Stadium from November 1 to 4. The second match will be played in Abhimanyu Cricket Academy against Manipur from 12 to 15 November.

Team players involved

All the players performing in the Vijay Hazare Trophy have been given a place in the team. Young Arya Sethi, Vijay Jethi and Saurabh Chauhan have not been selected in the team. Three new cricketers have got their place.

Rajat Bhatia (captain), Vineet Saxena, Karanvir Kaushal, Vaibhav Singh Panwar, Vaibhav Bhatt, Saurabh Rawat (wicketkeeper), Malolan Rangarajan, Mayank Mishra, Shivam Khurana, Sunny Kashyap, Girish Rauturi, Kartik Joshi, Deepak Dhopola, Sunny Rana and Dhanraj Sharma. Bhaskar Pillai Coach, Danny Pereira Physio, Prashant Pujar Trainer and Deepak Mehra will be Team Manager.
