IND vs AUS T20: World Cup 2023 के बाद अब टीम इंडिया को ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ पांच मैचों की T20 सीरीज खेलनी है। ऐसे में इंडियन टीम का ऐलान किया जा चुका है। टीम की कमान इस बार सूर्यकुमार यादव को दी गई है। पांच मैचों की ये सीरीज 23 नवंबर से शुरू होकर तीन दिसंबर तक चलेगी।
हार्दिक पंड्या नहीं है टीम का हिस्सा
विश्व कप में चोटिल हुए हार्दिक पंड्या ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ इस सीरीज में भी शामिल नहीं होंगे। बता दें की वर्ल्ड कप में चौथे मुकाबले में ही वो चोट के कारण बाहर चले गए थे । जिसके बाद वो टूर्नामेंट में वापस नहीं आए। दक्षिण अफ्रीका के खिलाफ सीरीज में वो वापसी कर सकते है।
श्रेयस अय्यर कब होंगे टीम में शामिल
ऐसे में इस सीरीज के लिए प्रसिद्ध कृष्णा को भी टीम में जगह मिली है। हालांकि वर्ल्ड कप में उन्हें खेलने का मौका नहीं मिला। तो वहीं श्रेयस अय्यर आखिरी दो t20 मैचों में टीम में शामिल होंगे। साथ ही उपकप्तान का भी रोल अदा करेंगे। वर्ल्ड कप में श्रेयस ने दो शतक जड़ें थे। वर्ल्ड कप में उन्होंने 500 से भी ज्यादा रन बनाए थे।
ऋतुराज को नहीं बनाया कप्तान!
ऋतुराज की कप्तानी में टीम इंडिया ने हांगझोऊ एशियाई खेलों में गोल्ड मैडल हासिल किया था। लेकिन इसके बावजूद सोमवार यानी 20 नवंबर को टीम चयन के लिए हुई बैठक में चयनकर्ताओं ने ऋतुराज को कप्तान बनाने के ऊपर विचार भी नहीं हुआ। ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ इस सीरीज के लिए एशियाई खेलों में शामिल कुछ प्लेयर्स को टीम में जगह मिली है।। जिसमें जायसवाल, रिंकू सिंह, तिलक वर्मा और जितेश शर्मा को टीम में जगह मिली है।
